High-Efficiency Aeration & Circulation for Wastewater Treatment
These low-speed fixed surface aerators are designed to provide effective oxygen transfer and continuous circulation of wastewater within aeration basins and treatment tanks.
The aerator creates a strong circular flow pattern that draws wastewater from the outer and deeper areas of the basin toward the aeration zone. This continuous movement helps distribute oxygen throughout the basin and promotes effective contact between the wastewater and the microorganisms involved in the biological treatment process.
A specially designed low-spray turbine provides efficient water circulation while introducing oxygen into the liquid. The turbine is designed to achieve strong mixing and aeration with controlled surface spray, helping maintain uniform conditions throughout the treatment basin.
The aerator is driven through a heavy-duty planetary gearbox, designed to transmit the high torque required for low-speed aeration and withstand the axial and radial loads generated during continuous operation. A solid drive shaft connects the gearbox to the aeration turbine.
The units are suitable for installation on steel or concrete bridges, platforms and walkways positioned above the aeration basin.
Different material, motor and turbine configurations can be provided according to the wastewater characteristics and installation requirements.
