Compact High-Intensity Mixing for Continuous Process Applications
Our fixed in-line mixers are designed to provide efficient continuous mixing with minimum installation space. They are suitable for applications such as pH control, neutralisation, equalisation, chemical dosing, pigment addition and wastewater treatment.
The mixer combines process streams or additives directly within the pipeline before entering the tank or basin. This in-line pre-mixing provides rapid dispersion and can reduce the mixing duty required in the main vessel.
Different pipe sizes, impellers and operating speeds are available according to the required flow rate, product characteristics and mixing duty.
