Elite Flow Control’s Sleeve Type Soft Sealing Plug Valves are non-lubricated, quarter-turn valves engineered to deliver reliable, long-service flow control with minimal maintenance requirements. The sealing is achieved through a compressible PTFE or reinforced PTFE sleeve that wraps around the plug, providing a consistently tight, bubble-tight shutoff without the need for lubrication or frequent adjustment. In many applications, these valves operate virtually maintenance-free for decades – making them one of the most cost-effective valve solutions available for long-term industrial service.
Available in both cylindrical and conical plug configurations, these quarter-turn valves are designed for fast, simple on/off operation as well as diverting and moderate throttling services. The 90° turn from fully open to fully closed ensures rapid response, while the straightforward design minimises the risk of fugitive emissions and process contamination.
Manufactured to API 599 and API 6D standards, and constructed from a comprehensive range of ASTM-standard materials including carbon steel, low-temperature carbon steel, stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel, these plug valves are well suited to a broad spectrum of process fluids – including aggressive, corrosive, and abrasive media across oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, water treatment, and allied industries.
Available in pressure classes from 150LB to 900LB and a size range of 1/2″ to 14″ (DN15 to DN350), with flanged or butt weld end connections to suit any piping configuration.
