Elite Flow Control’s Three-Way Ball Valves are versatile, quarter-turn rotary valves engineered to perform flow diversion, mixing, and distribution functions within a single compact valve body – eliminating the need for multiple two-way valves and the associated fittings, supports, and installation costs. Available in sizes from 1/2″ to 24″ (DN15 to DN600) across pressure classes CL150 to CL2500, these valves are ideally suited for complex flow management applications across oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, power generation, water treatment, and allied industries.
Available in three ball port configurations to suit different process requirements, each offering distinct flow path options with a simple 90° turn of the valve:
L Type – provides two selectable flow paths, directing flow from one inlet to either of two outlets. Ideal for diverting service where flow must be directed to one of two alternative destinations.
T Type – provides three flow path combinations, allowing flow to pass straight through, be diverted 90°, or be split simultaneously to two outlets. The preferred choice for mixing and splitting applications.
Inverted T Type – the same three-position capability as the T Type but with an inverted port orientation, offering additional installation flexibility for specific piping arrangements.
The robust body design, combined with a comprehensive range of soft seat materials – including PTFE, RPTFE, Nylon, Devlon, and PEEK – ensures reliable bubble-tight sealing across a wide range of process fluids and temperatures. Metal-to-metal seated designs are also available on request for high-temperature, abrasive, or erosive service conditions. Constructed from carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel material options to ASTM standards, these three-way ball valves can be precisely specified for any process environment.
